This little hotel is right in the middle of Sultanamet, incredible view from the rooftop restaurant. The staff was fantastic - welcoming at 11 pm at night and helpful to find our city tour bus at 6 am in the morning. Simple clean room, we had a double bed and a twin for our daughter. The desk manager had so many helpful suggestions, we really felt taken care of. These streets are so narrow it is often better to walk than wait for a cab that can't get through traffic. Easy walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. View of the Bosphorus on the rooftop. We have stayed at many more expensive places but never received better attention from the staff.

Great little hotel close to main mosques and restaurants. Staff great especially Ramazan on reception who was wonderful and very helpful. View for breakfast is stunning, and range of food great. Bed very comfortable and room very clean with everything we needed.

Excellent location and staff were amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Generally rooms are pretty small in most hotels in Istanbul but we booked a triple room with the balcony in Seraglio and it gave our 3 year old ample room to play and run around. We only booked four nights with the intention to explore other areas but wished we'd just stayed there all week. Highly recommend staying at Seraglio.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The place is great and really cozy. Very clean room and amazing breakfast. Staff were always on hand to cater for our needs and provided a very hospitable service. The location is perfect, walking distance from Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the basilica Cistern.

After reading all the amazing reviews I booked here. It was a good stay, but maybe a bit of room for improvement. Our triple room was spacious enough. But there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. It permeated the room. We notified them everyday, but not much was done about it. The staff at the front desk were ok, not too friendly. The staff at breakfast were great, very friendly. The best part of this hotel is the view at breakfast. Simply amazing views. Short walk to Blue Mosque and other attractions.
